Kelowna Wedding Photographer | Amanda & Seb

It’s not often that this Kelowna Wedding Photographer gets to photograph a Wedding where she has known the Bride since she was two.  I knew I was going to be emotional, but I was not at all prepared for all the tears I shed!

Amanda, the bride, is the littlest sister to the Cradock Henry clan. I use the word “clan” because there are 7 kids!  I have known the family since I was 18 and have watched many of the youngest grow up and have been close friends with some of the oldest siblings for decades.  They are a family that is VERY near and dear to my heart.  When Amanda announced she was getting married, and asked if I could capture her special day, my heart did backflips.  I was SO excited and honoured.

Amanda has met her soul mate in Sebastian and I definitely know, with only having been in his company a couple times, why he won her heart.  He is one of the sweetest, funniest and considerate men you will ever meet.  Having met him for the first time on his Wedding day, he was immediately hugging me like he had known me for years.  And the hugs didn’t stop.  Nor did the words of thankfulness.  He repeatedly told him how thankful he was that I was photographing his and Amanda’s big day.

Their absolutely breathtaking day was photographed on the extraordinary property of Little Creek Farms.  For those of you know the amazing salad dressing “Little Creek”, this is the owner, Donna’s, breathtaking property.  It was the perfect backdrop for their “not a dry eye in the house” exchange of “I Do’s”.

Amanda and Seb, I couldn’t be happier for the two of you.  I am so blessed to call you friends and loved celebrating your special day with you!!!
