As Vernon and Kelowna Wedding Photographers, I love meeting clients for the first time on one of the most exciting days of their life. Their wedding!

There is SO much excitement and joy in the air.

For this lovely couple, there were so many beautiful moments in their ceremony. The moment Murray first saw Heather as her two grown children walked her down the aisle (yes there were tears). The beautiful, faith filled vows or all the frivolity of her friends and family as they shared in the excitement of these two getting married.

It was a small, intimate celebration which I also loved. Hair was stylized by her daughter Alexandra, Heather did her own make-up and her dress was from Amazon! How refreshing is that? It truly was all about the connections and memories made.

It was a joy to leave after the ceremony with Murray and Heather and work with just the two of them, capturing these beautiful portraits. Seriously….how gorgeous is she?!?!? I CAN NOT wait for her to see these and to show her she is NOT awkward in photos like she claimed.
