Photographers in Vernon

As Photographers in Vernon, Kate and I meet a lot of amazing couples. Tim and Wanda are one of those couples who instantly put you at ease either with their jovial manner (yes, that’s you Tim) or their kind, warm energy (thank you Wanda for always making me smile as we worked together).

Tim and Wanda have been on a journey together for many years without knowing one day they would become man and wife.

Having their children stand up for them made for the most incredible wedding party and we made sure to incorporate areas for our portrait time together that were important to Wanda and Tim. We used the gorgeous McKergow Meadows overlooking Kal Lake where Tim and Wanda love to picnic and Sovereign Park where Tim proposed. It was so lovely hearing him tell us stories of all the details he planned out to make sure his proposal was absolutely perfect. He takes so much care in surprising Wanda with special memories and adventures.

Their day was full of every weather condition possible. From torrential rain and thunder to scorching sun so it always kept us on our toes but everyone went with what Mother Nature had in store with a smile on their face.

The love that surrounded this couple on their beautiful day made it such a memorable and special ceremony and Kate and I are grateful to have been involved!
